Mission Statement

New Life Wesleyan Church invites you to be part of a faith journey by connecting to God and to a Christ-centered community through relevant worship, the teaching of God's Word, small groups, and family focused ministries.

Core Values

In the heart of everyone is a set of core beliefs that influences how and why we do things.  At New Life Wesleyan Church, our faith journey is shaped by the following values.

Scripture:  At New Life Wesleyan Church, we believe that the Bible is the written word of God.  Because we are on a faith journey that seeks to connect to Him, it only makes sense that we would immerse ourselves in His Word.  It is through the corporate and personal study of God's Word that we find all our answers in life.

Community:  No one likes to journey alone.  Because God exists in community as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, we, as beings created in His image, will find our individual fulfillment in our relationships with others who are also on a faith journey. 

Outreach:  We want others to join us on our faith journey.  We don't think it is the responsibility of others to come to us.  New Life Wesleyan Church will do the work to take its journey in ways and to places that will allow us to connect to others.

Relevance:  We believe that the Christian faith really matters in the everyday events of our lives.  Our journeys in life are not restricted to inside the walls of the church.  And neither should our faith be.  The ministries of New Life Wesleyan Church demonstrate that our faith is connected to our everyday life.

Celebration:  Life was meant to be celebrated.  Society and culture do a pretty good job of focusing on the negative things in life.  New Life Wesleyan Church wants to celebrate the goodness found in our lives, no matter how small or big, by creating an atmosphere that is marked by joy from the Lord. 

Small Groups:  Big things happen in small groups.  Personal growth, encouragement, support, and real relationships are just a few things you will find in New Life Wesleyan Church’s small groups.

Discipleship:  Regardless of the task, we all want to do our best.  A faith journey is no different.  The goal of every ministry at New Life Wesleyan Church is that everyone will grow in their knowledge of God's Word, the strength of their faith, and in the use and employment of their particular gifts and talents.

Missions Minded:  A faith journey is not a sight-seeing trip.  New Life Wesleyan Church joyfully gives financial support to ministries who seek to serve the needs of people everywhere.  It is not enough to give from a distance, so we give ourselves by personally taking our journeys to help those in need locally and around the world.
